I remember the first time when my hair began to fall to which i was very upset and rushed to the skin doctor who is very famous in entire town with a line of people waiting for check up. I received some injections in my head and a shampo plus hair conditioner that sort of helped the falling problem. I was given different drug formulas to rub and cobdition and wash my hair and that kept continuing until i had to stop at my final stand where i attended a very experienced doctor to whom i  explained my problem. This time they jabbed the needle in my hip and i was given tablets to take. After two weeks of the medical treatment not very good thing happened that made me sick and tired of my all efforts i made and money i spent for.

After the weeks of struggles and tiredness, i gathered my consciousness and calmness and  sat for a minute and did my own research. I spoke to some people and found a lady who had the same problem, what brought a miraculous change in her hair? crushed Garlic, carrot, onion, and lemon and mixed them all together and put them in a jar covering and leaving it in the refrigerator for an hour then applied it on the dots, rinsed them gently after 25 minutes. I have a lot of stories to share of using the home remedy of natural herbs and vegetable formulas. To make it short. I will write the problem and mention the easy natural formulas that i used for healing.

2- You have a bad Headache?

Try adding a little sugar in your glass and squeeze a part of lemon and pour in warm green tea and stir it and drink it. That gives you a great relieve than tylenol and paracatmol.

3- you have a sore throat?

A: Add a spoonful of honey in your cup and squeeze some lemon drops on it.
B: get a glass of clean water or boiled water that has cooled off and squeeze a lemon on it
You should be feeling better by repeating this practice for two days.

4- you have puffy eyes or dark circles around your eyes?

A: Get a patch of frozen ice and gently apply it on the area.
B: chop a bell paper and beat it with a knife and place it in the refrigerator for some time and then apply it on the area leaving its water on them and sleep.
C: slice cucumber and put them on the both eyes closed and stay calm for some minutes.

5- You have a stomach problem?

A: Serve this goods breakfast recipe in the morning.
Pour a spoonfull honey in the cup and sprinkle cinnamon powder and mix them well together and serve it with warm tea.
B: drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed.

6- You are unhappy with your fat belly?

Try this practice every morning for a week or long.
Cut cucumber in small pieces, shred mint including the leaves and stem put them in a glass filled with water and squeez some lemon on it. mix them well and drink it. You should feel a little difference in some hours with great results after a week or two.

7- You are having pain in your back and oranges?

A: Put ice on your back for a minute, warm up a piece of cloth and apply it immediately after removing the ice patch.
B: squeeze lemon on your oranges and rub it well leaving them dry for some minutes.
C: jogging in the morning and doing pull ups and push ups after the warm ups helps straighten the backbone and conditions the waist very good.

8- You work a lot and walk some long distances and at the end of the day you have a bad pain in your legs?

Don’t drink cold water or take a cold shower right after you reach home. wait some minutes and Let the sweat go away until your body cools off. Apply foot cream to your feet before sleep and cover them with narrow socks. Buy yourself comfortable shoes. Your feet okay makes your health okay.

9- You feel that there is a bloclade in your nose and are kind of sinus?

Strive for an indoor environment that’s not too dry and not too humid. Boil water, inhale the vapors and at the same clean your nose with a soft tissue. Practice this for sometime until you get rid of the dirt from your nasal system gone up to your eyebros.

That was all facts and figures from my personal experiences i tried and tested in my life that fortunately turned out to be an excellent way of relieving aches and pain. i believe in nature and enjoy being connected with it giving me great pleasure and healing. always wondered if drugs are made from these herbs then why not try the fresh ones that the processed and concentrated ones? Eat healthy and take care of the nature in return to the greatest favor the nature has beeb doing to us from craddle to grave. Focus, concentrate and meditate that leaves you spiritually in peace.
