These days people are considering big changes in their lives especially when it comes down to their choice of career. ok You’ve spent the most of your times deliberating your options and have decided, action should be taken going after and finding something  you dream, which is a lot like finding the right person to love.

There’s nothing worse than feeling discouraged and unsatisfied. Thinking all day and feeling undervalued and practicing the act of procrastination on another level makes your day drag beyond belief. Frankly, though, finding that analogy discouraging. It implies that success in love – whether for your career or a compatible mate — is a numbers game: Keep at it long enough and you might eventually get lucky. In the meantime, though, you may find yourself slogging through a very big swamp. Personally, I’m always on the lookout for changing characteristics or dynamics in my life. In this journey, Losing a companion is always bad because it instantly effects your morale. It’s more than likely you have built great relationships with one another and, of course, it’s always sad to see them go. But keep this moto in mind that people come and go in our lives, let their coming build your gratitude and their going build your strenght. I know that first-hand, and have experienced it as well. what I thought was a imaginary career story went belly-up. I sank some years of my life into my dream – to become different sets of professionals such as a Doctor, an accountant, musician, dancer, teacher and an Actor. Then i somehow got dumped, acknowldging myself that I wasn’t granted tenure, to my feelings in my world, if not granted tenure, then i’m fired. The decisions came down in my mind as i never felt appreciated or accomplished in doing so, where I was always packing up my scattered priorities, feeling bewildered, betrayed, and brutally casted out. When someone’s not happy about their whereabouts,  job or relationship, you can usually see it written all over their face and body language, which is one of the easier signs to spot – have they been more negative than usual? Are they complaining more regularly about the pressure? Are they reluctant to take on any other responsibilities? Have you noticed a lack of input, creatively? I always find that people who leave spending their last couple of months doing ‘just enough’ to get by, often without repercussions because their surroundings are too busy running other facets. This hesitation to commit is a serious issue so if you see this evolving, it should be addressed as soon as possible. This world is critical for a happy, satisfied beings. If you notice someone is avoiding social interactions and no longer wants to get involved with the community, fun aspects of the society, then this could be another strong signal they’re thinking of leaving. When someone is deliberating their future prospects, they are often on edge and reluctant to share these feelings with friends and siblings. Spending time with them outside of work could be too risky as they may slip up and admit something their avoiding. Watch out for these warning signs and there will be less of a shock factor when it comes to having ‘the conversation’. The important thing is to always ensure you’re happy, feeling motivated and valued in your role. If you don’t do this, your talent retention strategy needs a serious rethink! pull yourself out of what you realize would have been a rather limiting academic career and spread your wings into the wider world of public policy. Look for the the ingredients for your sense of fulfillment that helps you match up exactly with the value proposition defined in your research ensuring that all talent has equal opportunities to grow and advance.

Get clear on what you want and Become an explorer and view the world as your jungle. Stop and observe all of the little things as completely unique events. Try new things. Get out of your comfort zone and try to experience as many different environments and sensations as possible. This world has so much to offer, so why not take advantage of it? And If you are still slogging through a very big swamp, keep going. Make sure that every opportunity you choose from here on out will ultimately bring rewards and fulfillment into your life. And don’t be afraid to ask for help. Seek advisors, mentors, and sponsors who are willing to teach, protect and promote you as you navigate the corridors of power. Choose a career that fulfills your value proposition. A career that inspires you to go to work every day. Do things that make you feel blissful, optimistic and empowered so that you can set a positive tone for your day. And rememebr to always smile because It is a very powerful tool that is utilized less and less as we grow older and need happiness more than ever.


How to get over a broken relationship?

So you’re upset, angry and heartbroken? you can’ stand that person when seen around or can’t deal with the fact how quickly they changed and found themelves on the otherside? you are feeling completely down the drain because you have been cheated on by that garbage trash? alright, now it is time for you to fully dump it in the dumpster. because they are not worth your thoughts, space and time to waste thinking on which keeps you away from tons of opportunities that have opened its doors to your face. how long actually are you going to ignore the fact, until when?  imagine you walk into a garden and pick up a rose as you’re treking and somehow in the middle of the way the thorns hurt you and make your finger bleed, are you going to sit and cry about it or just try putting a bandage on the injured area and move on? lost relationships are like minor injuries, the more you rub it…the bigger the size of the wound would get.. so think about it. look in the mirror, know your values and count those wonderful accomplishments you’ve made. that beauty, and sexiness you bear…hell it’s their loss, yes theirs. there are billions of people waiting for you outside that you need to walk out and chose the perfect one for yourself. rememeber, do not go after the cheat for they will destroy you. turn that frown upside down, shake that thing off and groom a little of your appearance, change your attitude and step into the lattitude.

There are some phases of adjusments after the cheat.


The first phase could be an extreme nervous breakdown and anger where you are feeling lost and sad and betrayed at the same time after you find it out for the first time. the best thing you can do is go face to face with the person in private and explain your emotions and feelings about the betryal. break up with that person and never accept any offer of remaining friends. join a club and share your grief with your friends who truly care about you. do exercise and take out your anger while working out through a good healthy process of the deep inhaling and exhaling activity. listen to songs that makes you feel good not the sad love songs. go to an abandoned area like woods or mountain and cry as much as you can with the promise of never falling for it again. sing songs and write your story short on a piece of paper giving yourself credits. sign a health contract with yourself of remaining calm, good and moving on and list some good tasks that you need to carry out. do not see that person, just in case you see them – ignoring is a good option. smile and talk to people in front of them, it kills them as they will be reminded of a great loss . make yourself busy of learning another new language and make friends with people from that origins. these are actually the activties you can perform in order to get over the cheated relationship. works great.

The second phase is a little tricky


with the cheater attempting to ask for forgiveness and comes up with the warnings of not coming clear unless you forgive them. it is up to you, be smart and weigh the fact before you forgive and run back to that person. some do that as well or be stuck on the issue of deceit, unable to trust their partner’s word any longer. Although it is painful, the only way out is through it. if you have a feeling of the possibility of being cheated on again, then don’t. Healing will not begin until the cheater is willing and capable of listening, responding honestly (every single time), demonstrating that they have a deep understanding of what they did and how they hurt their partner. Forgiveness must be earned not given freely just to get over it.

The third and the last phase is your firm and concrete decision on whether to stay with the person or move onto your life affairs.


Some stay, choosing to learn and grow from it. Some stay together but never heal or forgive or trust. If they choose to grow and deepen their connection they may some day be secretly grateful that it was the wake up call they needed. The decision to stay or leave can be complicated. We all like to say “I would never put up with that!” A zero tolerance policy, however, is difficult to follow through on when your heart and the history you may share are involved. Good approach  is that a great deal depends on how willing a cheater is to accept full responsibility on a long term basis, it relies on the contract that the both of you need to sign either verbally or written. It goes without saying that if the cheating continues or the dishonesty and secrets are still there, the relationship is technically over and it’s time to move on. Triangles do not work. If the third party is in the picture, even in your partner’s mind, it is time to quit. Victims in the triangle are often left waiting and hoping they will be the one chosen, demeaning themselves and missing the point – that it is not about love at all. In this scenario, the cheater can’t commit and will not be present in any relationship. It is about self centeredness and having a partner that will always be looking for something better.


You do not need to linger on and wait with the hope of becoming your cheats last option and the flase imaginations of their return. rememeber that it is you who is in charge of your happiness. you shouldn’t allow that repeating and it is you to either walk freely and happily out of it and find the right person or remain the victim suffering from the continous punishments you’ve been receiving. there is a probable chance of the cheat trying their way to get back to you through different approaches of pushing in the matter through an adult or someone elses inteference. Best you can do is to dig deep and figure out what it is that you want out of life. Start focusing on you and your needs and leave all of the extra sh** behind you. Take as much time as you need in order to get back into the swing of things. Explore and enjoy yourself with things that make you happy. be prepared for another authentic, honest and right date. love everyone but don’t trust that everyone will be perfect. And at the end; smile, think positive and meditate much because the world is yours..

2- You have a bad Headache?


Try adding a little sugar in your glass and squeeze a part of lemon and pour in warm green tea and stir it and drink it. That gives you a great relieve than tylenol and paracatmol.

3- you have a sore throat?


A: Add a spoonful of honey in your cup and squeeze some lemon drops on it.
B: get a glass of clean water or boiled water that has cooled off and squeeze a lemon on it
You should be feeling better by repeating this practice for two days.

4- you have puffy eyes or dark circles around your eyes?


A: Get a patch of frozen ice and gently apply it on the area.
B: chop a bell paper and beat it with a knife and place it in the refrigerator for some time and then apply it on the area leaving its water on them and sleep.
C: slice cucumber and put them on the both eyes closed and stay calm for some minutes.

5- You have a stomach problem?


A: Serve this goods breakfast recipe in the morning.

Curried lentil soup


Hello there! guess you’ve had enough of the stories and the informations about this and that in the page and might be wondering if it is time for something different? Alrighty then dear visitor, here i am sharing my recipe on how to prepare yourself a warm, yunmy curried lentil soup as a reward for all the hours of the day you went through 🙂

Required ingredients:

2 cups lentils
3 small idaho potatoes, cleaned and cubed
1 medium to largish sweet yellow onion, chopped
1 red pepper, cleaned and chopped
2 -3 cups v-8 juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1.5 tablespoons dairy Hollow House curry mix blend(this is from the Passionate Vegetarian by Crescent Dragonwagon)
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
2 carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 pound small mushrooms,cleaned and left whole
4 tablespoons butter
1/2  to 1 cup white flour
1 cup dry tvp, rehydrated in 1 cup of your favorite broth. It should be strongly flavored .
salt to taste for both the potato cooking water and the soup.


In a 3 quart pot boil potatoes in water to cover, just until done. Put  the potatoes in a large oval crock pot, keeping the water in the pot. Add the two cups of lentils and the v8 juice to make up enough liquid to cook the lentils. when they are done, add all of it to the crockpot and add enough of the remaining v8 juice to make the soup a bit thinner than the consistency you like.Add the TVP to the crockpot.

In the same pot again, melt the butter and add the onions,carrots,and red pepper. Saute till almost tender. Start sifting the flour in slowly and stir all the time now ….keep the heat on low and add some liquid from the soup. Keep adding flour and stir constantly. Add a bit of liquid in between the flour siftings until you have a nice thick consistency. Take off heat and stir into the soup. Decide  how thick you want the soup and add more flour slowly, stirring all the while so it doesn’t form lumps.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Hello dear reader, Since i see many people using the word “Shit” do you know that Shit is a .powerful word. Just think of all the concepts and ideas you can communicate with it. Shit may just be the most powerful word in the English language.

CONSIDER THIS: You can be shit faced, be shit out of luck, or have shit for brains. With a little effort you can get your shit together, find a place for your shit or decide to shit or get off the pot. You can smoke shit, buy shit, sell shit, lose shit, find shit, forget shit, and tell others to eat shit and die. You can shit or go blind, have a shit fit or just shit your life away.
People can be shit headed, shit brained, shit blinded, and shit over. Some people know their shit while others can’t tell the difference between shit and shineola.
There are lucky shits, dumb shits, crazy shits, and sweet shits. There is bull shit, and horse shit and chicken shit. You can throw shit, sling shit, catch shit, or duck when the shit hits the fan.
You can take a shit, give a shit, or serve shit on a shingle.

You can find yourself in deep shit, or be happier than a pig in shit.
Some days are colder than shit, some days are hotter than shit, and some days are just plain shitty. Some music sounds like shit, things can look like shit, and there are times when you feel like shit. You can have too much shit, not enough shit, the right shit, the wrong shit or a lot of weird shit. You can carry shit, have a mountain of shit, or find yourself up shits creek without a paddle. Sometimes you really need this shit and sometimes you don’t want any shit at all. Sometimes everything you touch turns to a shit and other times you swim in a lake of shit and come out smelling like a roseShit.

When you stop to consider all the facts, it’s the basic building block of creation. and remember, once you know your shit, you don’t need to know anything else oh and that is some funny shit!

How to comfort a grieving person?


In our personal, social, work, academic, and recreational lives we happen to bond with people whose relationship means a great deal that builds the network of acquaintances connecting society in the frame of mutual and direct kinship.

In the life rollercoaster you experience success, failure,moments of happiness and the inevitable sadness caused by the type of any loss it could be either way your asset or a loved one. In such a terrible turn of event, having the company of those in your life circle is not only helpful but also empowering to lift up your broken spirit. It is the love and care of the beloved ones that plays a very important part in the undergoing conditions. It is not the Vacations, islands, beaches, skyscrapers or parks, but what sure warmens the heart is the presence of family, friends and colleagues at that specific time.

Being sensitive to someone at a time of loss is not only the humane, mature, mindful thing to do, but it also builds tremendous loyalty. People who feel treated with care will have another reason to love. Many just don’t know what to do, even though they are well meaning. Every death triggers one’s own losses and awareness of mortality. People who are grieving a death need acknowledgement of the event, and connection, to avoid feeling isolated. They shouldn’t be told stuff like; everything will be fine, or it is for the best, or i know how you feeling, or the offer of is there anything i can do where the very annoying phrase could go as “how are you”. but rather would feel a little relaxed or different with a simple phone call or a voice message like; “I just heard about your ……. death. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you today/this week.” phone call Phone call is best because the person can hear your voice. An Email is too impersonal. Letters take too long to get there and Texting might be appropriate if you already have a text relationship with that person. Sitting with them briefly and acknowledging the loss, and waiting to see if the person wants to talk is a better approach to which Waiting silently is a key factor. You can also seek tips on what to say from other trusted adults, friends or elders from the family.

Keep in mind that not everything you do or say cannot be very expecting to take care of the cirumstances. Put yourself in that person shoe and just be aware of your own discomfort with death or past losses, and accept it – then be present for the person who has had the loss. small gestures such as Invitation to lunch, Bringing coffee, Sending flowers, Sending “thinking of you” emails
Stopping by their place for five minutes are very meaningful and do convey caring concern. As per my personal experience in muslim community, siblings and relatives of the family of the deceased person come togethee and mourn their loss together. They cook their meal, cut their woods and clean their house for them for three days. Their presence continues in the course of time, the fridays of the week until the 40th day and also the marking of the first year of the departured member. There are people to sit and hug and give shoulder for them to cry on with enormous amount of love and care to make them feel psycokogically better. They stay with them up late until midnight to share stories and honor the death of the beloved one that really helps the family giving them a little vibes and support in those harsh hours of their lives.
In the work place or schools colleagues/classmates come together and show respect and support to the sibling of the deceased one by reciting few verses of holy quran and sending out their prayers and blessings to him/her and her family. The attitude and behavior changes with a more careful manner of not hurting the grieving person which continues for a week or longer until the person has recovered from sorrow and come out of the dumps.

The most helpful step you can take to comfort a grieving person is to sit with them and listen to them carefully without minimizing their loss, and allow them to cry and shed tears and talk about how it happened with a careful concentration, Acknowledgement of their loss, and reminding them that their loved one won’t be forgotten.

Todays Media or a lying propaganda Machine?

How do the media promote unusual harmful habbits in public?


When you are watching a particular program running on Tv, whether it is a talk show or a movie or drama etc.. in between the timing sequence there pops an advertisement that often glamorizes smoking. The media associate smoking with power that boosts the speed of a skier driving rapidly althrough the snow covered mountain where they want to convince you that you will be powerful and speedy if you smoke that Cigarette.

The same way it glamorizes drinking. They associate it with attractiveness and popularity. They want to convince you that you will be attractive, popular, and “cool” if you drink. They might also lead you to believe that there are no health risks or consequences associated with drinking alochol. Some charracters on Tv shows, in movies, and in music videos drink alcohol. These charracters might be shown as having fun. Other charracters might behave as if the behavior of the people who are drinking is funny. They show no harmful consequences of this behavior. In real life, people who drink alcohol become addicted. They get diseases and illnesses. Some charracters on TV shows do become addicted to alcohol.  However,  many of these charracters recover by the next episode. In real life, people who are addicted to alcohol need long-term treatment.

Media sometime display the brand names and logos of alcohol companies.  Alcohol companies pay movie producers to show their products in the movies. Alcohol companies might sponsor events groups of different categories watch on TV, such as concerts and athletic contests. They want people to notice the brand names and logos and encourage to purchase their products. They want people to think drinking their brand of alcohol is the “in” thing to do. They also show celebrities drinking alcohol as part of their everyday lives. For example; Miss Karen walker in Will&Grace who constantly drinks at every minute and doesn’t miss a chance even carrying the bottle in her purse and under her trench coat. The others drinking it in the morning like water and then at the bar. Photos of celebrities drinking alcohol sometimes are published in magazines. These media send the message that alcohol use is glamorous. People might think, “if a celebrity whom i admire drinks, i should too.” People who this have faulty thinkint and that could lead to a catastrophic disaster. My fathers neighbor in Toronto used to drink a lot that it knocked him down to his feet destroying his kidneys comoletely leaving it out of function. Despite the warnings of the doctors he still continued to drink until it fully failed his kidneys which resulted to his death. There are also car accident incidents of careless people drinking and driving although the law prohibits them from doing so and just in case caught by the police a big amount of money is forfeited with some hours even days in jail. Alcoholics do not distinguish or identify their family memebrs. Drinking turns a person into a complete animal.

Media might include advertisements that try to convince you that you will be a certain way if you drink. For example, a beer ad might show a group of guys playing footballnor climbing a moutain, the message is… will be one of the guys if you drink. A wine ad might show a couple sipping a glass of wine. The message is……you need to drink to be romantic. But the fact is….you in the time of unconsciousness do not feel good enough to be awake or feeling anything better than staggering from one side to another talking nonsense. Truth is that you can be one of the guys or enjoy the company of your lover without deinking adding to fact that they are in a state of complete conaciousness that the media pictures them drunk. I always wondered what is the point of driving your car next to a bar or a resturant and then come out hammered up sick walking and threwing up whatever you digested? Too much drinking causes alcoholism and it eventually destroys the person.

The Media is not a reliable source at all. They create propaganda pieces depicting their parties look as much as good as possible while downplaying the opposite sides in their opponents. As you see that In print, the stories are scrutinized by an editor before publishing. If you are a radio broadcaster you are subject to direction from the Program Director, consultant or station manager. If you are a talking head in TV news, your stories are scripted and fed via teleprompter, all of which is once again subject to editing to meet company policy. Don’t be fooled about the obvious. Our media is very much controlled and deceives you on a daily basis.
